For over two decades, I have helped people transform their relationship with food, body and themselves. I never wavered from that mission. But for a long time, I let numbers decide whether it was working.

I was measuring my worth by the wrong thing entirely.

Success had to be the bottom line. And I often fell short of it. The hours were long. The impact was real. But the money didn’t always match. Some days it felt defeating. I measured my value by the numbers.

Then I redefined what success meant. I let go of a certain figure. I focused on being significant in people’s lives. I started to hear the gratitude. I honored my work as a gift. Something shifted, quietly.

Once I stopped forcing it, everything moved differently. The clients came. The work deepened. The money followed — but it no longer defined me. I began acknowledging every win, every transformation, every small honor of doing what I love.

The magic arrived with ease, not force.

I never gave up, and I’m proud of that. I have a practice that fulfills me and a life that lets me walk my talk — my health, my family, the things I love. Today I wake up dedicated to meaningful work, and that is enough.

To know I play a significant role in someone’s wellness journey — that is the success.
