Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping is a flat $10 on orders under $150, and complimentary on orders of $150 or more (before applicable taxes). Express shipping is available at checkout.

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Calgary, Alberta. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, it may ship together when the pre-order items are ready, or separately at our discretion. If an estimated date changes, we’ll let you know by email.

Where we ship

MEDIUM currently ships within Canada only. We’re working on shipping to more countries — join the Founding List to be the first to know.

Addresses and delays

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MEDIUM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mediumbrand.com and we’ll make it right.
